TARIFF
We welcome guests to check in from 3:30pm onwards with latest check in at 10.30pm. Later arrivals are accepted by prior arrangement.
Whilst our rooms are ground floor, access to wheelchairs is difficult due to the age and construction of the building. We are happy to supply a copy of our Access Statement on Request.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 6 years unless all rooms are booked by one party.
We also regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
Check out on the morning of departure is 10.00am.
Prices
Prices include Continental breakfast of choice to help yourself to and enjoy in your suite, Wi-Fi and all other services.
Bordeaux Suite Double £94
Manhattan Suite Double £94 (can be changed into a family suite, so please mention at time of enquiry)
Highlands Suite Single £73 (can be changed into a suite for 2 people)
Extra single person utilizing Double sofa Bed charged at 25 GBP per night, 2 people at 20GBP per night per person. Double sofa has additional memory foam 4 inch topper added when used as bed for additional comfort.

Booking Conditions
Booking Deposit:
50% deposit payable on booking. Balance payable 2 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
• 7+ days before arrival day: free cancellation
• Within 7 days of arrival: lose deposit
• Within 48 hours of arrival day: Full amount payable unless room can be resold.
