We welcome guests to check in from 4.00pm onwards with latest check in at 9pm.  Later arrivals are accepted by prior arrangement.

Whilst our rooms are ground floor, access to wheelchairs is difficult due to the age and construction of the building.  We are happy to supply a copy of our Access Statement on Request.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 6 years unless all rooms are booked by one party.
We also regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.

Check out on the morning of departure is 10.30am.

Extra single person utilizing Double sofa Bed charged at 25 GBP per night, 2 people at 20GBP per night per person. Double sofa has additional memory foam 4 inch topper added when used as bed for additional comfort.

Booking Conditions

Booking Deposit:

50% deposit payable on booking.  Balance payable on arrival

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations up to 14 days prior to booking, deposit fully refundable.

Cancellations within 7 days of booking will incur a 10.00 GBP Administration charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours of booking date deposit non refundable unless room(s) resold.
